power wire fusing & other fusing questions

for the power wire...there is a fuse on the wire that is near the battery side....should i put in a fuse at the other side as well(that connects to amp)?

Should i put fuses on turn on led wire as well?

What fuse sizes should i get?

thanks.

ok, i'll look for specs on fuse size......but as far as setting up fuses should i buy some more and put them around like on the other side of the power wire(near amp), on the turn on led wire ?

thanks

No, that would just cause more problems than solutions.

look under fuses.
this link is in the audio forum resources stickied at the top of the page.

btw, clife notes for teh site. you only need a fuse at the battery end, no more than 18" away but the sorter the better. you also need fuses at a distro block if you change the wire gauge.

double grounding is your friend, that is taking 2 wires (same gauge as your power) and grounding them to different locations.
