Used for about 6 months in my buddy's GMC Sierra. Works just fine...we changed head units and thus changed to a different steering wheel control adapter.

This allows you to use your factory steering wheel controls with an aftermarket head unit. Works with almost every head unit with a remote control.

The only thing this is missing is the infrared LED. You can buy replacement LEDs at Radio Shack for next to nothing.
