Next is a DLS SP12, from their ULTIMATE series - this one really needs no explanation but its a 12" spl sub that performs extraordinarily in sealed boxes. I have a sealed box for it and this sub is also dual 2 ohm. It can take up to 1000 rms without too much trouble but does fine with MUCH MUCH less. I have a small sealed box for it and the OEM DLS grill which is highly sought after...

No amp for sale. The POWER HX2 hits REALLY hard. In my opinion BETTER than 2 10's.

 

what would be a good amp for a sub like that? a memphis 500 maybe? or can it handle more? and what box is it in? would it fit in the trunk of a 3rd gen?
