I have one that's almost exactly like this (it's the same, just has an extra connection for another style plug) on my 5.5.

it should fit. i currently am not using it since i have a 05 pathfinder headunit. but all this goes is convert the nissan antenna plug into a universal antenna plug that fits into most aftermarket decks.
