My first time AutoXing and had a lot of fun.

I ran at 40psi front tires and 36psi rear. Had some wear on the tires but it got much better when I cranked up the tire pressure (started with 36 all around).

Let me know if anyone in Mid Oh is interested in going. Would be nice to have another Max to represent.

 

ea Auto-xing is a lot of fun. Watch out you might catch the bug like I'd did and you'll be traveling all over turing head every where. I'll be at the cendiv championship {aug 10-11}, prosolo {aug 17-18}, Columbus governers cup {24-25}, Toledo cendiv, then nationals {maybe}. I also try to hit the local events, Columbus is my 1st choice, 2nd is Louisville, and 3rd is (Dayton, Lexington, Indy or Fort Wayne).

You ought to come up to columbus for the governers cup. Their will be a lot of STS cars there {~30} and alot of good comp. I'll be there and some quick driver from up north will be there also.

What mods have you done to your car? What class are you running in?

Thanks, I'll need it. My goal is to place in the top 5. Now that I finally have some coilovers installed look out. They're so much better than lowering springs.

 

I am leaving Columbus about 1pm on friday to go to Peru.
I am staying in a hotel in Kokomo, south of peru.
My goal is to not be last place

Have a safe drive over if you aren't swapping tires. Lots of bad luck from IL drivers last weekends event.

Mods:

Springs, FSTB, RSB, CAI and Ypipe

Struts are next, but I wanted to burn out my stockers first.

 

I run in STS, thats the same class you should be in also unless your running on dot rated race slicks.

 

235+ series tires would also bump him to DSP

Sounds like they mis-classed you. Those are basic accepted mods for STS. Next time if they say DSP ask them why specifically (unless it's the y-pipe
