driving gloves?

I think I want driving gloves. I've tried them on, but haven't actually driven with them. I'd like some opinions and suggestions on what to look for and what to get. Thanx!

something that fits snugly, won't get too hot, grips the wheel but that doesn't stick to the wheel (so if you slightly release the steering wheel it'll slide).
