New PAX/RTP indexes online

The 2003 PAX/RTP index is now online. STX get's a .003 improvement but STS is same.

The new numbers and archives dating back to 1994 can be found at
PAX Indexes

note: The 2003 numbers do reflect all class additions and changes made the December Fastrack.
December Fastrack

Hmmm, would a gear differential make up for .84sec on a 60 sec course?

Most drivers on the boards feel that way too. They think too much emphasis was placed on Topeka results and not the local/regional stats.

I think Rick Ruth is just punishing everybody because he lost a ball joint last event . His miniboss was doing about 90-100 before it dropped and dragged for like 200'.

I wish they had of based it more on Topeka for BS. B Stock and A stock ran first on a Green course and because of that they lost to C stock. It would be nice if C stock had a Higher PAX then A and B for next year. But anything i better then my PAX in CSP. I ran a divisonal last summer in the S2000 and landed the 9th quickest time overall include Karts and Formula cars. When the Pax was done I was 3rd behind 2 STS cars. STS had (and still might have) the most generious PAX. A few of the fast STS guys have left the class around here so it will be intresting. Jesse Naughton (the guy known for PAXing number 1) bought Doug Newhards MR2 and is now an E stocker.

STS is weak locally in Chicago for numbers. John Moore (SE-R) and myself scared most of the newcomers off to Milwaukee region. John might be leaving next year for Formula. We ended the year with 1)SS,2)CS,3)SS,4)CP,5-7)ESP,8)BS,9)GS,10)DS. Top STS was John in 13th then me around 29th or so.
