You are receiving this email because at one time or another you posted on
the Corvette Forum and live in the Houston area. As a Corvette enthuiast, I
thought you might want to try out your ride and test your driving skills in
the Sam Houston Corvette Club's (www.shccvette.com) annual Autocross at the
Houston Police Academy on Marth 29th. Here are additional details:

Take this opportunity to improve your driving skills racing around a police
training track in your car! Each driver should have multiple turns around
the track!
All interested drivers are welcome (Corvettes and other)
Cost: Club members $25, non club members $30, ladies $20

Time Schedule:
8:45 - 9:45 tech inspection, setup course
9:45 - 10:00 drivers' meeting, test lap
10:00 - 1:45 race (length of racing subject to change depending on # of
cars)
1:45 - 2:00 Clean-up, departure

Rules and Restrictions:
Driver and passenger(s) need helmet (please contact us if you do not have
one; you may be able to borrow)
Must be 18 to participate
Open top cars may opt to run with tops off or down
If you don't make the driver's meeting, you are not eligible to drive
