Honda sends a ringer to Peru

This weekend's Peru Natl Tour had a limited attendance due to the nearby Indy500. Couple newer rides claimed top spots though.

Mike Cavanaugh took BS in his 350Z. Guess we're not the only cars with positive roll camber gain.


Pontiac proves the Solstice is for real with multiples in the trophies. This one was wearing 285 rubber (on a 28xxlb car)


And Honda said heck with the suggested break in period on a new Civic. So much for Solo being a grassroots/amateur sport.

Just like a lot of rwd american cars, there's usually a lot more you can get out of them.
But the Solstice is for real, it is intended to save Pontiac (since the GTO hasn't).
You know someone is going to put a hemi in one of those things eventually....

John, are you going to make the event on the 17th at Ripken? A guy at work just bought a Solstice and I've almost convinced him to come run it.....
