For as cheap as that place is, it's a good facility, I went up there today to check out the beaverun sponsered test and tune (timed with a stopwatch ), but the course was big and the rest of the place is good.
Apparently they have this flat out friday thing a lot and it's only like $150 bucks for the whole day of road course hot lapping.

The other thing is that the SCCA does an event there, a high number of people is like 80-100, and the lot is bigger than Ripken.

I am not totally sold on Pittsburgh yet, but it does have some things that are better than Philly.
