Rallycrossing on golf *****

Not my maxima, which is long gone. But figured you guys might get a kick out of this. Usually our events are at Summit Point motorsports park, with large high-speed courses (60-70mph) that aren't super-technical.

This was a non-points "tuning" (but timed) event that we held between regular events on an old driving range. Unlike Summit, which is more like a stage rally course, this one was just a big flat field set up like a medium-sized autocross course. So, pretty technical and tight.

Oh....and it had a few thousand golf ***** on it. Almost all of them were buried under grass when the day began, but as we wore the course in they started popping out and every once in a while you'd see one kick out behind the car or feel it bang into the bottom. Also they're very slippery. So you'd have traction in dirt, and then suddenly the car would slip over as you ran over a dozen embedded golf *****.

Anyhow, this is in my e30, but thought you guys might appreciate the vid. Really still want to see a maxima come out and run with us one of these days!
