4th Gen ECU tune

So, I have plans to modify my 4th gen maxima eventually for turbo. First off I want to say I'm new to tuning. I know I would need a wide-band gauge kit with O2 sensor to measure AFR. Also, wouldn't I need a gen 1 Nissan consult DDL to plug into my laptop/PC? I have found a program where I can modify the map on my PC for free (I think). Would I need an interface program as well? I have tunerstudio downloaded at the moment and I'm looking at an AEM or Innovative wide-band. All help/suggestions would be appreciated. I'm looking to do this on a budget (of some sorts). Yes I found the OBDII port by the way..................

Search Nistune. That’s the only non-piggyback solution I’m aware of.
