I bought a 5speed gauge cluster to replace the one on my 89 se due to a bad temp gauge and tripometer that didnt work, and my dealing with him was great. I got the cluster MUCH earlier than expected, and it was packaged great. You could have jumped up and down on the package and I doubt it would have damaged it.
