I ordered JDM black bumper lights for my 95 Maxima two weeks ago from them.

First of all, it took them days to acknowledge my paypal payment and send a shipping notice.

What do I find when the package arrives??? Altezza tail lights for a 95 Sentra instead.

So I send an email back to them telling them about their mistake. Several days later, I get an RMA number and am told to send it back for a replacement.

However, they REFUSE to pay for return shipping for their mistake.

Even their terms & conditions say the BUYER is responsible if they receive a wrong or defective item. This obviously means they make lots of shipping mistakes.

Needless to say there is NO WAY I'm wasting any more money on this company.

Luckily the tail lights I got are worth at least twice what I paid for the bumper lights. Gonna resell them instead.

NEVER do business with this company. Who knows what you'll get for your money!!

I bought red/clears from them last November. Won the auction on them but have noticed that they don't offer them in auction anymore. When I received the package the lights got a very slight crack on the bottom edge due to thinness in their packing.

Ordered set of lights from them in December, recieved them and the were cracked. Called and complained they sent me a replacement set which was also cracked. Called again and they sent a 3rd set which came in perfect condition and i got to keep the original 2 sets which were cracked but easily repaired...

Well it seems that good customer service policy has gone out the window recently and they simply don't care anymore since they do such high volume.

high volume, but a lot of poor feedback ratings.

i also got a set of red/clears that were cracked. it took about a week in a half and some threatening emails, but they refunded my money, i repaired my red/clears, and threw them on.
