what is that supposed to prove? That system is no longer in effect. and for all you know all's, I allready sent his money back to him, with an appology so its done with.

Yes, it is true. Apline has refunded my money and has written me an apology....more to come.

I commend him for the payment and apology as I'm sure it was difficult to do. Alpine has agreed to repay me $50, does not want the faulty parts back, and has offered polished head cams. Alpine, I do appreciate your gesture. But, all I wanted in pursuing this is what is rightfully mind and to make others aware of your business practices. Alpine, I don’t want any extra money and I don’t want the head cams. These are your things and you do not owe me them. I haven’t accepted the Paypal amount, so please retract the $50 payment, since you don’t want me to send you the parts credit my paypal account with $35, and do not send me the head cams.
I will say, your claim that your complete 180 on this issue is not a result of any pressure from the USPS but rather a result of a reexamination of my posts to this thread, is not believable. The coincidence is just too high and you had ample time to read my comments, my e-mails and everyone else’s comments on the matter before I posted my actions with the USPS.
My main purpose in investing so much time with this was to prevent others from suffering from similar situations with you in the future. While many Org member’s minds are probably already made up as to your integrity, I would suggest that you post to this thread the apology e-mail you sent me. All they have to go off of is your previous posts and a short reply stating that the payment has been made and that this situation is done with. Posting the e-mail will let others decide for themselves your motives and whether they should rehabilitate you in their eyes. While I could post it, I think it would be a better gesture coming from you. If nothing else, it might give the mods a reason not to ban you from this site.
