I bought a carfax from this guy for 8 bucks to expire on 10/10. somehow he's been selling the same account to everyone and somehoow the account got shut down. He refuses to give me a lousy $4 partial refund which i think is fair. He is also rude and denies he's not been selling his carfax to other people. SCAMMER STAY AWAY!!!
