stay away Ebay seller billcurtis3

I bought a knock sensor from him on aug 28. He took my money right away from paypal then he printed a shipping label from usps. Waited a week and nothing so I emailed like 4x with no response. Finally he responds saying he was on vacation and everything was sent out. Waiting still no sensor I emailed a couple of more times and no answer. He then says it got lost in the mail and he could send me another or refund my money. That was on 9/14. So I responded same day for my money back. I still havent gotten anything and have sent him so far 8 emails with no response.

What did his feedback say? Always read up on the feedbacks first hand before bidding on anything... I had the same problem with a lady overseas. First transaction went great, second one she took my money and ran! Did you file a dispute with paypal yet? If not do so right away so they can get your money back before he clears his account

He had excellent history. But it looks like another person got jacked at the same time. He bought after me and he left a negative feedback with the same problems. I have already done a dispute thru paypal and ebay.

I finally got his info and tn from ebay. I called him and he had no clue what was going on. He said he was going to look into it and call me monday which was yesterday. Still no call. I already had done a claim thru paypal and I received an email from Paypal telling me I won the claim and they are taking the money out of his paypal acct. At last I got my money back!!!!!!!!!!
