long story short, i purchased a laptop from him back in march and it never came. I was pursuing him myself due to him being in the military, but unfortunately his buddies chose to protect his ***. anyways his name is patrick toomey and he's in field artillery.

call the Post JAG office, and then try and find out what unit he is attached to here in the states. you can call his local chain of command, also you can file a police report bucause civilian police love to mess with soilders who steal from civilians and the MP's will be more than happy to turn him over.
