I just wanted to alert other forum members of this user shinjiduo. He has ignored my pm's since i bought these tires http://forums.maxima.org/wheels-tire...0-r18-95y.html communication up until payment was great, then once payment was sent i never got a pm reply. (he has signed on several times every day to this forum so i know he is around) I have opened up a paypal dispute in hopes to get my $450 back. shinijiduo had replied once to paypal communications provided a fedex tracking number in which he created but never actually shipped yet. I will try to keep this post updated for future buyers.

yea it sucks, i saw his itrader was good and communication was good,so i figured he'd be a good seller, but i guess not. i also know he lied to me in that he said he purchased the tires 08/18/08, but with a little google search i see the tires mounted on his SER wheels http://www.xrims.com/rims_1679/nissa...new_tires.html this post was 2/04/08. and it has that same picture of the tire he had in his for sale thread, so now i'm wondering if the tires are even new like he said they were

Most likely when he gave him the tracking #, fedex had not put the package into the system until today

Actually he did buy a kit from me. As a guy who had <10 post for almost a year but bought eight items off the org in that time frame. I know it is possible to come on the org casually and buy stuff.

I was referring to myself and I did buy a couple of items before I got my first iTrader rating. As for the tires he will receive them on the 23rd and them we can hopefully call it a day.

If you want a partial refund for poor service ask for it straight instead of coming up with a million and one excuses to not pay up. Bottomline most low profile tires get damaged on the mount not the dismount. Comparatively speaking dismounting tires is easy mounting them is hard. Most people with sidewalls of 3.8 inches or less are bound to have some damage and they get along just fine. Am I an *******, yeah I'll admit it. But am I going to get duped on this when you could have been straight I don't think so.

Not to mention the tire lost pressure no more quickly than any of the others before I dismounted them. 40 psi on initial inflation 38 psi before the dismount on all four.

Here's a couple questions for you, did you know about the damage on the tire prior to shipping them to him??

Did you even bother to inspect them prior to shipping??

IMO, you are a **** poor seller, for one not shipping the tires in a timely fashion, and two for shipping a damaged tire.

See if i knew this little fact that low profile tires get damaged when mounted then i wouldn't have bought them from you if you told me they were pre mounted on a set of wheels. Your for sale ad just sad brand new yokohama yk520 tires. it didn't say that they were premounted on your other wheels that you sold. I found that little tidbit out on my own with a little research of your name after not hearing back from you. Right now i just feel screwed in that i only have 3 usable tires which are $147 a peice from discounttire. that equals to $441. if that was the case i woulda bought from them cause i would be sure to get what i paid for. I do thank you for getting back to me for the past couple of days.
