I don't know you personally, only have seen your posts on the org. I have no beef with you or most of the DC crew for that matter. I haven't had the chance to meet a lot of you guys. But it kinda makes me sick that you guys come in here backing Chris up. Yeah, we all go through tough times. I know from experience myself. To rip someone off completely is just unacceptable and shows what kind of person he really is. Do we really know the entire story...NO. Will we ever know the truth...I doubt it.

This isn't the first time complaints have been made against chris. So you want to talk about acting like 5th graders, then he needs to settle his disputes like a grown man and quit coming in here with racial slures and an attitude. He could have simply dealt with this through pm's or calling the buyer and settling it with out any beef. After reading all of the previous threads, pertaining to Chris's reputation, and talking to him through texts and AIM msgs.s....I don't trust the guy for a second. I hope to see this get worked out.

IF the item has been dropped off at the post office, surely you have some kind of receipt or shipping label you can show us. Especially with it being an international package. Why not post THAT up here for proof instead of trying to give us proof by your word of mouth. Does it sound like anyone's going to listen, dude?

yet its still ur responsibility to make sure the package gets there, there are ways u can get money back from lost items. And i would suggest for future use, if what u are telling us IS infact the truth, then always put insurance and delivery conformation on ur packages. oh the post office will make sure it gets there then because nobody wants to be held accountable for that ****

it seems like common sense but to some its not. anything shipped with delivery conformation is a sure sign of a positive seller. CASE CLOSED!! especially when shipping out of the country.

If you shipped something from the post office, even if you didn't get delivery confirmation, you'll still have a receipt for payment with a timestamp on it.

IIRC, you'll also have a copy of the customs form you had to fill out for international orders.

I'm not sure whether you'd actually be stupid enough to throw away that paperwork, since it is the only evidence you'd have that you actually shipped the item in the event of a $500 dispute. I don't think anyone is that stupid, especially since you seem to have plenty of experience selling items online (and also plenty of experience scamming people)

 

its your complete responsibility as a seller to back up selling something on the org. there are so many things you have said here that go against your own word/posts.

 

I mean, if someone had just sent me $500, if I didn't want to risk losing it, I'd be breaking other people's necks to get proof that I shipped the item. If UPS screwed up, raise hell there until something gets done. If you can't come up with proof, you're going to be $500 poorer. What's the issue with this concept?

I didn't know DRIVING TO THE POST OFFICE to have them pull up a shipping record was so difficult. You're a car enthusiast, right? I thought that getting the opportunity to drive was supposed to be part of our hobby.
