NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR "95turbo gxe"

He told me he had an ac compressor for sale, I paypaled(gift) 55 bucks to him on the 10th, and I still have no package. I pmed him a few days ago asking what was going on, and he said he would check on it, but have not recieved a response since then. FYI He lives in SC according to his profile and I live in ga so it should take no more than 3 business days to get here. I am not too concerned about losing 55 bucks, but it's more about the principle of the matter, that people on our local community would screw someone else over. Oh well live and learn, just don't deal with this member.

I agree. If you send money as a gift, you are pretty much SOL if you don't get your part because the money was marked as a gift and not payment.

Hope everything works out for you, OP.

Good. Let us know how everything pans out.

This has me thinking twice about sending as a gift now. Thats the only way Ive done my deals so far. Luckily everyone Ive dealt with has been legit.

x3...i'd like to send as a gift to all sellers, just to help them out with fees, but because of being burned once...i'm afraid to do it again. love the security of being able to get my money back after the bad seller is a douche

I've learned my lesson now, I will never send as gift again and would rather pay a little extra just in case. I can't believe it happened, but oh well it was only 55 bucks.

Yeah I know. Since the car has been down for a while I wasnt in a hurry to get it. My girlfriend reminded me about it one day and I contacted him and he gave me a bunch of excuses and sent me a pic of a package but no tracking number. I guess I'm a little to trusting on this forum.
