Don's at it again! (Pearl96Max)
After owning some Rainbow SLC265.65NGs for 3 years I found out that my window leaked water and rusted the voice coil on the mids. I sent Don a email when I first found out that it started rusting (best way to get in contact btw, that man never leaves his email lol). Within 15 minutes Don replied with an attempt to get me a replacement pair under warranty even though they were 4 years old. Don was pretty busy at the time, nor did I really have a lot of money at the time, so I lost communication with him for about about a year. I ripped all the audio out of the Max and traded her in for a 07 Nismo 350z with 19k on it (and highest tier extended warranty from the prev owner, thanks DaveB!)
Unsatisfied with the base audio in the Z (rear speakers don't even function from factory) I contacted Don again for those replacement SLCs, without any say he crunched up some numbers and gave me an awesome deal I couldn't pass up.
Not even a week after buying the SLCs I figured I wanted some sound dampener and figured I would consult Don. I ended up with Cascade Audio Engineering's V-Max after some heavy research and Don's limitless help!
Don's awesome customer service doesn't stop there. After receiving my SLCs thinly wrapped like a Christmas present (Packaging completely torn when it arrived). Don placed a Banstick with my name on it to the lazy employee knee's who handled it.
Thanks Don for never letting down the .org nor any customer!
