I still have a name and number of someone whom I was dealing with at the FCIC : I should at least.. the letter is somewhere at home. I'll try to find it so you can contact them and let them know this ***** is still at it.

I think the only reason I got my money back is because I threatened him with a deadline to call the feds - and did it.

 

He won't reply to my emails. He lives in Florence, AL. It is not really too close to me, we have just met at the track before. I don't know what to tell you, he seemed like an honest guy.

Damn sorry to hear that. I really hope you get this bastard, mail fraud is a serious crime and hopefully the authorities will do something about this, which they should.

Any updates? This is sad but interesting.

I'm going to Demopolis, AL next week to pick up a bumper cover. I looked at the map to see where Florence is and damn!! It's way the hell up there. They should speaking Canadian . Just a little out of my way coming from Louisiana.

I've gotten the ball rolling though I've been in contact with local authorites in AL to make my formal complaint. Furthermore, my being that my company is in Financial services, all of the phone converstaiotns I have had with Ed are recorded and are kept for 3-years, I'm having someone in my compny get me all of those converstaiotns on tape and I will be forwarding them to the authorities. I also have processed a tracer for the Money order that was sent to him, it will give me aevery detail when and where it was cashed at what time etc. I've got enough against him. This guy is not getting away with my f*cking money.

Ed just emailed me back today. He said by Friday this week ( Tommorow) he will wire me a money via Western Union. Once I get it I will drop the

Forget that...continue on the way with the charges...he's has had too much time and now he is trying to buy more time. It is (frustrating)understandable for a couple weeks but that's it....throw the book at him...

I beleive he hangs out at a UDF in Flushing or something? He also works at some mechanic place in Flushing, I could probably find the name of it again. I am sure his friends know exactly where to find him, Toylet and the other NYC crowd that hang with him regularly.

How about running his info on one of those online yellow pages? See if that yields more information. If you can get ahold of his parents or something, that might get the ball rolling. That is if his name is not that common. Or if he's living at home still, you can compare the address/name.
