Is Greg(CustomMaxima.com) out of town?
I emailed him a couple times about some things we had been working on, but I havent received an answer from him all week. Its rather important since it cost lots of man hours to do. IF anyone can contact him and tell him to get back to me quickly, I would appreciate it..

Hmm know what, I think I am having a problem with my email lately. Lots of people have been saying that I am not responding to their emails yet I have been responding to everyone I receive. I recently switched to new nameservers....you think that could have had anything to do with it?? Just call me guys and I will take care of you. 203-730-0858.

Tech support line is my direct line and when it goes to voice mail it is because I am on the phone.....which is alot. You think you have an expensive phone bill, every call we receive on our toll free number costs us $1. Last month we had over 5000 calls, now thats a phone bill.

I just wanted to ask you a quick question. I e-mailed you to see if my order was shipped. In your response, you told me to call customer service. Anyways, I called them today and the lady that took care of me told me that the green hoses that I ordered are still on backorder. Do you have any idea when they will be in? She said she didn't know. I ordered a pack of 3/4" and a pack of 3/8" in the green hoses.

Unfortnatley we do not have any pictures right now but hopefully will soon. We signed contracts with a company 6 months ago to have these made and just found out recently that they are backing out because they now want us to purchase 10,000 sets up front. There is no way we will commit to that many, so we found another manufacturer in Hong Kong that only needs half that much to start production which we already agreed to. I should have a sample shortly.
