What's the deal with Franken

I been waiting for my intake for over a month... I order it on 8/1 and never hear from him after it, until I sent him/them 4 e-mail and it took like a month after the e-mails.... to get a reply back. I'm not one to complain often or alot.. but if he/then couldnt handle the oders people were odering, why not just post a message in the website saying soo. I would have known it would take this long to get it, I wouldnt have bought it I would made my own intake.

my 2 cents

i ordered on 7/25 and i expect the intake any day cause people that orderd a few days before me just got theirs. But you gotta give Steve and Frankencar a break, there has been huge demand and its tought to keep up. And i have heard the wait is well worth it.

He's not trying to rob you so stay calm. I spoke to him this weekend and had he had to finish off 75 intakes and get them shipped. His business has only 2 employees, Matt and Steve himself.

I was not trying to make them look bad, I have business of my own.. I know how it is.. but he should have sent e-mails out sooner saying that he was back order.. and that would been cool. Insted of leaving people hanging and wondering what happen with the orders they made.

Got an e-mail....

I ordered a 4th gen intake from Steve on 12 August, and called him yesterday about when they would ship... He e-mailed me back this morning and said another batch of 10 (mine included... ) will ship by 2-day air on Saturday. Just wanted to let everyone know.
