Problems with Custom Maxima

Has anyone else had trouble dealing with Custom Maxima .com. They are harder than hell to get hold of anyone and it seems like the person who can help me is never around. Plus they just overbilled me on an order. Am I alone here??

I remember Greg at custommaxima.com said they are in the process of improving everything, including customer service. Hopefully they'll finish soon

Custommaxima.com is a good company. The owner Greg always seems to make things right if things go wrong. Sometimes people post bad things about them, b/c they are worried or impatient.. but in the end they're happy. I wouldn't worry, things will get resolved. He's usually really busy. Try emailing him.

I definitely don't want to come across as bashing them at all. They're site is awesome and they have been very friendly and accountable when I have been able to get a hold of them. I guess I just get frustrated when I don't get return phone calls or I feel lost in the mix. Patience is a quality I lack! But I want to be clear in saying that I am glad they exist because being in SLC, UTAH like I am my Max would be sad without them.
