I have noticed the same thing. I sent him a pm and he has not responded either. Some people have ordered things and they have not recieved them from him and can't get in touch with him either. Whats up?

I didn't know that!

I was looking for some information off the site, but couldn't find it anymore.

Whois Server Version 1.3

Domain names in the .com, .net, and .org domains can now be registered
with many different competing registrars. Go to http://www.internic.net
for detailed information.

No match for "BERKTUNING.COM".

>>> Last update of whois database: Wed, 23 Oct 2002 16:59:26 EDT <<<

The Registry database contains ONLY .COM, .NET, .ORG, .EDU domains and
Registrars.

Going by this the site is open for someone else to buy it. Maybe he let the registration run out?

berktuning.com was deleted on 10-19-02. for some reason he let the domain registration slide. why? who knows. but since you can register domains for under $10, it was either a mistake or he's out of the business. i always wondered why he didnt update the site with pics of the new midpipes. this is a little more telling, now.

if i were in the maxima intake business, i might register the domain and point it to my site.

Then you could hold it hostage and sell it back for MORE.

I actually know someone that he took an order from a couple weeks ago and he still owes them their parts. Does anyone have any clue about his plans for outstanding orders?

I know I'm getting worried. I was charged almost a month ago. I received a email asking what color hose I wanted. I replied about 10-15 times with emails and haven't heard anything back.

I PM him a week ago, and asked if he needed help re-registering his domain. Should one of us pick it up and hang on to it?

Maybe a few E-mails showing him this link might make him see people are looking for him and get some answers. Just a thought.

I just reported Bryan last night to both paypal and Citibank. I got my money back from citibank already. They are going to pursue the charge with paypal.

It was just the $49 for the midpipe. I'm just so suprised. I had such a pleasant experience when buying my intake.
