I went to a shop in Gaithersburg/Rockville called Auto Radio. They drilled a hole into my 2k2 to ground an amp that they put on the back of my seat. The screw wouldn't stay intact and fell out. My subwoofer blew. They also put a 3/4 inch drywall screw into my seat which almost went entirely through my armrest. The leather had the shape of the screw embedded. A miracle it didn't puncture the leather. They also broke the doorsile of a friends brand new Jetta GLS and refused to replace it.
