Those of you in the M3 Mirror GB

Good luck getting your mirrors from Redlinezone. I ordered a set of M3 mirrors for a friend's Integra from them 2 months ago. They never informed me of any backorder until a month later and nothing had shown up. They've responded to me a total of 3 times and only after I badger them with emails. They won't pick up their phone, they don't even have voicemail anymore, all I get is "mailbox full". Every email I got back from them was just excuse after excuse. The worst part is that this was the 3rd shop I ordered from, the first 2 shops informed me from the beginning that the were on backorder. This shop led me to believe they were in stock. If I had stuck with one of the previous shops, I would have had my mirrors by now. They called me in October to let me know that they had the mirrors in stock again. But since Redlinezone wouldn't cancel my order, I couldn't order them from the other shop. I haven't heard back from these guys in 4 weeks now. The last email I got from them was some BS about the ports being closed and their shipment was waiting to be offloaded.

If I don't get contacted by them within 7 days, I'm issuing a chargeback on my credit card. I hate to do it, but I really don't have any choice now since they are so unresponsive. I hope that you guys actually get your mirrors on time, but my experience with these guys is terrible. And this was on an item they carry everyday, I'd hate to see the wait times on something they're getting manufactured for the first time.

4 weeks? my motto is, if i wasn't warned u didn't have it in stock and i have to wait more than a week for my thing then i am either naggin them till i get it or cancelling order. I'll be damned iff i wait 4 weeks for something unless i was prewarned that it may take a while....

Well, I guess I'm calling my CC in the morning and issuing the chargeback. 2 more emails and 8 days after I informed them I would be issuing a chargeback if I did not hear back from them has passed. Nobody has answered the phone yet, they don't even have voicemail. It just rings and keeps saying mailbox full. Today is Nov. 11 which marks exactly 2 months since they charged my CC. Hate to do this to another business, but I guess they really don't leave me a whole lot of options.

Well, I disputed the charge on my credit card 10 days ago after Redlinezone wouldn't respond to any of my emails stating my cancellation of the order nor would they answer their phone. I wasn't even able to leave a voicemail.

And today, 72 days after my credit card was billed, I get an email stating they shipped the mirrors! I had already bought the mirrors from another source and got them 10 days after my order was placed. So now hopefully I can just refuse the shipment, I really don't want to have to pay to ship them back, and I'm obviously not keeping them. I have no idea what's going on there, but I can't believe they shipped the mirrors 10 days after I disputed the charge. I called my CC company and they verified that iTechcentury (parent company of Redlinezone) had been notified of the chargeback a week ago so they must not be too organized.

Well, it turns out that the mirrors had not been shipped. They just emailed me a non valid UPS tracking number. They sent me an email stating that the transaction had been settled, that was it. And I checked on the number just to see, and it was not in the UPS system. So they were just trying to delay me even more. I guess this means this whole thing is now concluded. Good luck to all of you in the M3 mirror GB. I'd like to see how many excuses they can come up with and when you guys actually get them.

Shadow,

They still may have shipped them. The number may not have been in UPS's systems yet. I know that when I ship things I get the tracking number from the form. It is not in their system until actually picked up.

No, I checked the number 4 days after they gave it to me. It was not valid. I have a UPS account so I know how the system works. The number isn't valid until they actually make a pickup and scan it into the system. But no way a number still isn't in the system 4 days later.
