Don't buy anything from Lightlens.com!!!

apparently i bought these 921 blue bulbs for my reverse lights. when i got them in the mail i installed them. i went to see how they were and it turns out that one blue is darker than the other. i took out the bulbs and took a close look at them and of course one bulb is darker than the other. Stupid Matrix co. how freaking irresponsible can they be?? well i guess that's what i get for spending 10 bucks on them. but still... that **** ****es me off

Soooooo did you contact their customer service department for an exchange?? I don't think Light Lens is the culprit here if Matrix made the bulbs. I'd call the Light Lens customer service # before I would start an internet boycott of their company.

I would wait for a response from the vendor before talking sh*t.

But that's JMO.

hey you can mention we that you post in a forum where a couple of thousands people view your reaction of their serivce. and that you have their address and that no one will buy from them until they resolve your dispute

you should go on clubsi.com and see what lightlens has told people. Wow it is a wonder how they stay in business with the language they use towards their customers
