Connell Nissan (So Cal) Good Service

Connell Nissan, www.connellnissan.com ,in Southern California does excellent service. At least the service manager, Mark Nutter, does a great job in making the customer happy. He does ask if there are any modifications to that particular system in the car when you have a problem and it falls under warranty work. So be aware of that.

I was experiencing the auto tranny slippage on my 2k GLE. I let him know about the problem and I didn’t even mention the TSB. He said he was pretty sure there was a TSB out for it. So he called me back and let me know that they were going to replace the solenoids per the warranty. Then when I picked it up the car was just as I had left. No scratch marks, no grease on the inside, and the transmission slipping actually gone after the first try.

Overall I had a great experience. It was quick, painless, and I got a free loaner. I just wish their regular service intervals weren’t so expensive.
