I placed an order with them this past Saturday. I ordered 18" wheels and tires, H&R springs, and KYB strut mounts (I already had AGX patiently waiting in the garage).

Anyways, I get an e-mail at 5PM Monday evening saying "Your order has shipped, and here's the tracking numbers." There were six packages total. I woke up Tuesday morning and tracked them for the heck of it and it said "Out for delivery". All 6 packages arrived to me Tuesday afternooon.

I'm very pleased with the packaging, service, and above all, the shipping time. Thanks TireRack!!

i had a great experience with tirerack as well. i ordered last sunday, it was shipped out on monday and i got them on friday. thumbs down to UPS though, they went next door to the wrong apartment and left! i went to pick them up later that night.

Not only that. Their returns processing is excellent. Credits were issued within 2 days of receiving the returned items.
