I can tell you to stay away from Nissan West in Ellicot City - they're a bunch of d!cks. A good friend of mine has had good experiences with Tischer. Hope this helps. Try posting this question on the Washington D.C. area forum - you'll probably get more help.

I know this thread is kind of old, but I bought my Max from Herb Gordon Nissan out in Silver Spring. I had a great sales experience with them. I have't experienced the service dept yet, but that's the first place I'm going to try.

Good luck!

WERD! Herb Gordon is the best!!! I used to get my Max serviced there. First time there, they brought me right in with no appointment BS. But that was when I worked in Silver Spring.

Have you ever taken you're Max there w/ mods on it?
Are they cool about that?
I want to take my Max in for some service, but I'd rather not take my injen intake off if I don't have too.

I took my 2k1 Max to Herb Gordon Nissan because the check engine light came on and for the TSB involving the hood flutter speed. When I got my car back, the service manager was impressed with the mods on my car (Stillen rear anti-sway bar, Courtesy Nissan FSTB, K&N air filter, slotted and drilled brake rotors, and Hawk brake pads).
