southwestautoworks.com... GREAT COMPANY!

I just wanted to share my experience with Southwest Autoworks. This company gets an A+ in my book. I ordered an INJEN intake from the company several months back through a group deal with Alex and never got a chance to install it. Finally, last weekend I tried installing it and found out I received the incorrect intake. I contacting Southwest Autoworks about this issue. They were very helpful and fast to respond. Alex, the owner of southwestautoworks, was very nice and corrected this issue without any hassle. Everything was resolved within a matter of seconds with no extra cost to me. I just wish all companies could be as great as this one. I will do business with them anytime. Keep up the great work Southwest Autoworks!

Thank you Alex and Kevin at Southwest Autoworks for all the help and friendly service.

You just realized this now? I've bought a host of things from Alex and I couldn't be happier - great prices, very fast shipping (and I'm cross-country!), and best of all - outstanding service. And let's not forget there are very few companies who will go out of their way to make things solely for Maximas!

Too bad he does not get more coverage in magazines and such, like how custommaxima has ads in superstreet.

Thank you all for the feedback. I am, and have been, for over three years here to help the Nissan community. My staff follows my lead by doing their job correctly, and as always, if we make a mistake, we fix it immediately. I thank everyone who has supported us, and we will always support the Nissan community to the fullest. Our magazine ads also begin in two months, so look out for that very soon

Thanks again, and if you need any help, I am a phone call or two (or a quck e-mail) away.

Alex

Well I ordered from them, and I can't give them a thumbs up :\ I ordered 2 dome lights 2 weeks ago. I got 1 a week later and still have not gotten my other one. I e-mailed them and they said the other bulb was on a drop shipment and should be here in a few days.....still haven't gotten it.

I apologize for the delay, but we get the Hiper and Polarg direct from both companies, and since they are both imported, sometimes it does take them an extra week or so to get it in, but please do know that we ship the stuff out as soon as the manufacturer gets it to us. I certainly hope you give us another try any time.
Thanks for the feedback
Alex
