Bad experience: Overboost.com

I ordered an injen filter from overboost.com on jun 6. After two weeks of no change of my order status, i called overboost, and they said my item was on backorder. The thing is, on my order status it should have said backordered. Plus, i had to call and speak with a sales rep, because repeated attempts to reach someone in customer service were unsuccessful, and my multiple messages were never returned. It is now june 24, and my order has finally been shipped out, and the only way i found out was by calling them again, to cancel the order.
