Why are .org'ers always trying to **** me over?
Why are .org'ers always trying to **** me over?
When I first joined the org it seemed like everyone was really nice and helpful. Lately it seems everyone(especially in the fs/ft forum) is trying to rip people off. I've lost over 1000 dollars in the past month over people who are falsely advertising goods and won't offer refunds, and then also refunding peoples money out of my own pocket including shipping on items that were apparently damaged by shipping. Not to try and blame people, but I can't see how my last 3 packages shipped out had cracked items in them. I packed them with foam, bubble wrap, newspaper, etc. I spent over 100 dollars on shipping supplies so there is no way possible for things to break when I ship them, but somehow they do. Sorry for the rant, but does anyone else share similar experiences lately?

I sent you all the info and pictures you asked for and even gladly told i'll wait until you get your refund from USPS. I wanted to post something like this here about you but decided to hold of because i know you are in the process of getting your money back from USPS.
If you had told me in the beginning that one of them had a melted socket for the side marker light, i would have not even wasted my time getting them from you.
Maybe i should also post the pictures here so the rest of the org members can see what i'm talking about.

Anyone that has done business with me know that i'm not f#cking anyone over. You think people are breaking **** on purposes? I took the pic of it as soon as I got it and sent it to you.. Now tell me what am I going to do with this useless POS.
ALWAYS insure the shipment! doesn't matter if it's worth $5 or $5000. ALWAYS wrap the items in 2-3 layers of bubble wrap, and more on the edges. then double box it if you have to. spend an extra few bucks on it and be done with it. boxes are cheap, compared to the hassle of getting your money back on shipping. (Hell, boxes and packing material are free if you know where to look for them).
If they could break the lights like that, then they weren't packes well enough, period. those things have to be packged like glass... wrep them in several inches of bubble wrap, then box it up. stick that one inside another box and fill the airspace with peanuts. this is actually a UPS requirement for fragine items, btw.

amixam98, you have no reason to complain, i refunded your money and haven't heard anything about the insurance claim yet from you. EZe, i'm working on the insurance with you. Like I said, im not trying to blame people but i find it a little annoying that no matter how well i pack stuff it always seems to break.
