I ordered, and paid, for an Optima battery on 11/3/03. Today is 11/20/03. I have not received the battery nor have I received any information regarding my order from them despite numerous emails and telephone calls.

My credit card company is now involved with this dispute and I will be notifying the BBB and Chamber of Commerce in Edgar, Nebraska as well.

I will not quit on this until I am satisfied.

An update - It looks like I will be receiving my battery after all from these folks. ONE MONTH LATER!!!!

 

I did receive the battery yesterday - four weeks after he charged my credit card.
