Worst Service in Fairfax, VA

I can't believe I used to recommend Browns Fairfax Mazda to people for repair work. I took my car there for my first accident and they did a good job, but this time the service was just horrible. I took my car to their shop 12:00PM October 29, and now it is 12:00PM November 25 and I still don't have my car! Every time I call, they try to run me in circles telling me itll be done later in the week, then when I call them theyll say next week. Its been almost 1 month that my car is in their shop! They told me it would probably take 1 week, 2 weeks tops when I took it to them. I understand delays, parts backstock, but this is ridiculous! I am never going there again, nor will I ever recommend them! DO NOT GO TO BROWNS FAIRFAX MAZDA unless you want to start owning a rent-a-car!

hmm, Brown's Fairfax Nissan has one the of best service department's in the area. My service advisor is the best. The Mazda dealer actually sold my old roommate his current MS protege and he traded in his old max there. I don't know what to say Juki, sorry for your issues and tell them to shut it and fix the damn car.....
