Frankencrooks

I ordered my mid-pipe in May. A week later my car was stolen and the pipe had still not been sent out, so I contacted Steve at Frankencar and he cancelled the order. In June guess what showed up on my doorstep. The shipping label was printed 3 days after I cancelled my order. I contacted Steve once again and he told me to send it back for credit. I sent it to them registered USPS and it was signed for. Needless to say he never credited my account. I emailed him 3 times and left phone messages, none were ever returned. After being shunned by everyone (I tried to contact all 3 of them) in the company, I turned to paypal. They don't help if the issue sis over 30 days old. Then I turned to my credit card company and they said it was too old as well. So after spending $100.00 between ordering the part and sending it back, I have nothing except a painful feeling coming from my rear end. Frankencar may make a pretty piece, but they don't know anything about relaitonships or customer service. If I treated people the way they do, I'd be out of business, and they deserve just that. Punks.

Contact the better business beareau, normally they can help you out. Don't forget to contact the Federal Trade Commission. They have a fair trading reps who are totally on the ball.
In your communications, include all your emails, credit card statements, paypal statements and any corrospondence to and from Paypal and the Credit Card company. Any documented times you left messages etc, etc.

Next time, go with Injen and Southwestautoworks!! ha :-)
Good luck
