I don't know about pops-a-dent, but I HAVE read a review on The Ding King www.dingkingtool.com in Consumer Reports. They were pretty happy with it in their tests. However, they said that it was more effective on slightly bigger dents, than it was on very small dings, simply 'coz it's got a fairly large diameter on the puller. On bigger dents, they said the results were pro quality. Try looking up CR issues in a library. It was within the past 4 months or so.

BTW, charliekilo3, that link is for Dent Wizard, a PDR shop. We are talking about DIY kits.

Most people don't know how to DIY for removing dents/dings. The average Joe will make the damage worse. I majored in Auto body repair in high school and I still did not want to attempt a DIY on my dings. I recommend Dent Wizard because they did an outstanding job for me. It only cost me $50 and no grief from making it worse.
