Just something that was annoying to me. I bought a new car. When I went in to pick up plates, the dealer said there was a balance of $13 from the DMV (Division of Motor Vehicles). I was surprised.

Any of you pay a fee when picking up plates? I thought everything is taken care of at signing of papers.

Yes, I paid extra because they charged Florida's initial registration fee - snafu because my trade's tag wasn't transferred. I was told it's my problem to straighten out with the tag office.
