I hate to do this to Southwest

I've kept my mouth shut in the hopes that Southwest Autoworks will hold up their end of the bargain and ship me my Eibachs.

I ordered from them on 04/20, emailed them on 04/22 to ask for a shipping time. I got a response saying they would ship no later than 04/26 in the AM and that I'd have a tracking number the following afternoon via email. Guess what? That's right, it's 04/28 and have heard nothing as of yet. If this means that after 8 days my springs have still not shipped... Very disappointing.

I have heard good things about Southwest and want to give them a chance to make this right. I'm in the market for the GReddy exhaust for my '04 SE, but if it's going to take 2 weeks to get it to me I'll have to look somewhere else.

Anyone have any advice? You can tell me that I'm just being impatient, I won't be offended. I don't think I'm the only one who would dislike having to wait so long.

Thanks

I would call and talk to someone over there, they've always been very helpfull. The springs may be on the way SWA and just forgot to e-mail you the shipping number. I wouldn't get too worried yet.

No, I'm not TOO worried yet, especially having read all the good things about them on the org. Here's the thing... the day before I placed the order with SWA, I also placed an order with a ****ed up company online called speedpeople.com. If anyone has heard of them you'll know where this is going.

It was only $150 bucks that was spent (and charged to me) but I heard nothing, emailed them 5 times with no reply. Finally I tried calling 3 different numbers I had found for them. All of them were disconnected. BBB report on these guys is horrible I later found out. I didn't wait any longer, I called MasterCard and told them what was up, and props to them, they credited my account right away and told me that they would take care of it.

As you can see, one bad experience ruins it for the rest. Having never ordered from SWA before I was just concerned with the lack of shipping notification.

Nothing against you guys at SWA, just need to know you haven't forgotten about me, that's all.

GrayArea, I do not see your order in my system. Please e-mail me asap at
alex@southwestautoworks.com and I will personally find out what is going on.
Thanks
Alex
