has anyone who ordered the free decals at custommaxima received them? i sent my request in 2 weeks ago and have yet to get them.

 

I ordered several times within the past several months and have received nothing. I have emailed several times also and finally got a reply from Todd today. He stated he was sorry and would ship them out if I replied and gave my full address again. I believe they must have so much business it is becoming hard for them to keep up let alone reply to requests for the decals. Hang in there.

 

I have to correct myself...it was Tyler who emailed me today to help me out. Sorry, Tyler!

 

Gsilk, send me a PM with your full mailing address and I will be happy to send some decals over to you. I apologize that you put a request in for them and didnt receive them, we havent done a mailing for decals in over a month because of time constraints. Anyone else that sees this thread, go ahead and send me a PM with your address and I will personally send a few decals your way.

I ordered and in a week or so they showed up.......then i ordered again under a different name and address and never got them.

 

If you ordered again with a different name and address then how are you supposed to receive them?
