Avoid ECUdirect.com

Recently my ecu was throwing codes that were not correct. Several symptons lead the dealership to believe that I had blown a driver in the ECU. They suggested getting the ECU repaired or buying a new one. Well AutoCraft company owns a division called "ecudirect".

Well after being told for 250 dollars and a 4 day turn around time with me sending in my core overnight that my ECU would be good as new. Well after about a dozen calls and 2 weeks later, I find out the ECU wasnt repaired but the diagonis screw was re-threaded.

Not only is the screw re-threaded incorrectly, as a result the car isnt ideling right and Im in a situtation then before. Im fighting to get my 250 dollars back and get another ECU.

Horriable customer service, Lies to get you to choose their service and finally just an overall pain in the ****.

Avoid them.
