I dropped off some parts on a Monday for my trans to be worked on. Was promissed to be done on a Wednedsday. I show up Thursday AM, job not done. Promised again to be ready on the following Monday, I show up Monday and its not ready. Promised again for Wednesday, I show up Wednesday, not done and I ask for my parts back. Its outrageous that Rob makes promises he is obviously not willing to keep. Corey had the same problems. Its a typical auto shop tactic, get as much buisness in the door as they can and work on it when we have time, very poor buisness practice.

I also felt that Rob has little patience to talk things over with me. I'm sure he is busy, but it is obvious that he dosent listen to what you have to say or what you want, he wants to do things his way only, he sorta has a superiority complex and talked down to me. Unaceptable!
