Lynnes Nissan gets attempt number TWO on my window

Well, its going back into service for my drivers side one touch up window again. I dont even have the temporary plate off, and this is the second time. I got it back Tuesday night...it worked up and down at the dealer, up and down at taco bell last night...and at taco bell tonight...but then pulling into my driveway, up and then back down 2 inches.

i hate having to drop the car off at the dealer, especially this much. then i gotta drive the POS ford countour (but i am thankful i have SOMETHING to drive) and of course the dealer feels it necesary to screw with every setting in the car.

has anyone else had window trouble like this?

the salesman was Vladimir, and the service manager i have been talkin to is Mike. im gonna ask for a courtesy car this time. i havent gotten my extended warranty info yet, but im gonna check the "lemon law" and see what that states. i know im jumpin to conclusions, but i have seen enough of this at work, where we try 3 or 4 times to repair something for a customer. anyway, im callin tomorrow. the window is screwin with me now. if i dont use it for 10 minutes or so, it works once or twice, then goes back to its old routine.

i don't recomend lynnes in bloomfield, i had my car service twice in that place and both times they scratch and put a ding in my car. they fix the ding and the scratch and i also got an altima as a loaner while they were fixing my car, i only live 2 blocks away from that place but i would not bring my car there anymore

Unless you are the primary owner and bought it brand new off the lot, lemon laws dont apply. I note that your profile says you own a 02....odds are you are just going to have to hound the dealer to fix it correctly.

Good luck, we all been there.

i hate lynee's ........ the internet manager is a Sh***t talker , and the owner she complains bout everything and anything , but when it comes service and customer service they have most awfull dealerships in NJ.. thats just my personal experience, you guys might have a different take... but i would not go there or buy anything from there.

if you have warranty go to another dealer.

Lynnes Nissan is NOT a good dealership at all. They have personally lied to me about a 4th Gen I was going to buy before I bought my 5th Gen elsewhere. They told me that the 4th Gen was off, a lease and it was from a lady that had kids thats why the interior was dirty. When I did a Carfax I found out it was a rental car from NYC that had 2 leins after the rental company sold it and then Lynnes bought it at an auction. Don't get me wrong not all of their staff is like that, but the sales manager lies like that, I am almost sure he influences his sales team.
