I brought my Max in for my first oil change and also told them about the emblem on the horn portion of the steering wheel that is peeling (chrome plating) At first they were not sure if that would be covered with my warrante but after a few minutes they came back and said "it is part of the whole air bag assembly and we have ordered you a new one

I guess i was entitled to it due to my coverage but I was very pleased with the speed of response as well as the speed of service.
