dealer messed up speaker

I just got my car out of the dealer for some transmission work. When I went to pick it up it was sitting out under the waiting garage and one of the works went and started it. He did not know that I saw this but I could hear the radio from my car very clearly. It had to be turned up just about all of the way if not all the way. Today while I was listing to it the drivers side door speaker started working. I had not noticed this till today but it had not been working. I turned the radio off and back on and it was not working again. The subwoofer did the same thing a while back and finally stopped altogether, and I was thinking it was from other warranty work but I am not sure. This really made me mad because I don't like to take my car to a dealership and pay them to tear it up. I already contacted nissan about them having the volume all the way up but it was before I noticed the speaker not working. Is there anything I can do about them tearing this up?

This is the stock bose system in a 2000 maxima
