I ordered a Cattman Cat-Back and Hotshot headers from them recently and SCO was great.

I ordered the Cat-Back first and it was a little delayed because of a mix up between cattman and SCO, however, it was resolved very quickly and Brian from Cattman made sure the CB was shipped right away for me because I needed before I went on a trip to DC. Everything fit perfectly and sounds great.

I then ordered my headers from them and they were upfront with the reality that I would have to wait a while for them because Hotshot was backed up, I think it was very nice of them since other places give you BS like "we expect them anyday now" **caugh Custommaxima caugh**

So I did have to wait a little over three weeks for them, I just picked them up from DHL this morning (6 days early mind you). They look great and I cannot wait to get them installed.

I just wanted to say thanks again to SCO for being such a great retailer and I suggest everyone give them a try. They were very honest and did everything they could to help me (I got a little pissy about the headers because three days after I ordered them my flex section broke loose ).

 

okay so i have to agree with you totally. I have exclusivly worked with sco and have nothing but good interactions with them. steve their import guy is themost knowledgeable about our maxs and always get the stuff right the first time. Talk to steve and he will recommend the best HP/Price gains for the car. his extension is 183

I will only order from SCO, you want quality service and excellent information about parts by people who ACTUALLY use the parts...then SCO is your company they are all about the customer, and the customer being happy. Will always do busniess with them and rep them throughout the ORG as much as I can!

 

yea i ordered my cattman headers from SCO, called up steve... nice guy and they back ordered on the cattman headers but its straight... good customer service

I placed an order for the Cattman cat-back last monday with SCO. Went pretty smoothly. I got an email saying they'd send out a follow up email when it ships. Its been a week and a half and no email, so I tried contacting Steve but keep getting voicemail. You guys are pretty hard to get a hold of. Oh well i guess its something you just gotta accept when you make these kinds of purchases.

Sport Compact Only<----- Definetly the best people i have worked with i ordered an AEM CAI for my fiancees brother's 04' TL w/ AEM Bypass valve. (by the way installation is not that bad at all) Very fast shipping Excellent customer service and really cool knowledgable people that you can hold a convo with.

And unlike most places with the Cattman cat-back they include the Installation hardware instead of charging you extra for it
