Well I ordered a bunch of stut bars about a week and a half ago and they didn't show up last week when I was told it would take 3-4 business days. So I call Friday and they musta been hella busy cause both times they asked me to hold, then came back a couple of minutes later and said they would call back. Well 7:30 PM rolls around and no call. So I call Saturday and they check and sure enough they didn't ship. So they're sending them Monday, have to wait the weekend since they never got it figured out until Saturday. This may have been a one time fluke but if you tell someone you're going to call them back...do it.
